About
My name is Uma Gopal. Before marriage my name was Vijayalakshmi but through affidavit my name was changed to Uma Gopal after marriage. I am a retired teacher but still very active and I am eager to keep my self updated as per changing needs of the educational environment. I am passionate about teaching and would love to impart my knowledge and experience with today's learners, in a way which will be interesting to them. I take examples from day to day life while teaching any subject, which enables easy understanding for the children. I believe that learning by doing is the best way to learn but with proper guidance from the facilitator. For younger kids I prefer play way method. Toddlers, primary, middle school or high school, kids love classes that will be fun and at the same time learning takes place. I prefer my classes to be child centric and interactive.
