I am Ankur Kashyap. I have choosen social studies as subject by choice after engineering. Because for sustainable development students need to understand the society and importance of resources .because it's not about growth but development in sustainable way. I have more than 6 year teaching experience. I use modern interactive tool to increase participation of students during teaching. Subject understanding is not about quantitative aspect of learning but also understanding of qualitative aspect . It will going to increase concentration and attentiveness of child during lecture. I create comic books to give children about fiction and gradually shifting towards realism to enhance human capital of students
