I am a passionate teacher with sixteen years of teaching experience, catering to different age groups from Kindergarten to grade 6. My interests are researching, reading articles, and watching movies. I update myself by attending professional development workshops. My teaching experience has helped me to make bonds and connections with children. The student-centric approach in my lessons makes the learning permanent. It has been evident when I meet the students after a gap, they can still recall the learning experiences with me. I started my teaching journey with the training from Maria Montessori International. The training helped me to understand that each child is unique and has their own pace of learning. My methodology is based on the same principle where I help students to identify their strengths, help them think deeper, and construct their own knowledge
