About

I, Sowmya Gulati, am currently pursuing a Ph.D. in English. I have completed my Graduation, Masters and M. Phil in English. I am a bibliophile and an avid reader. I have excelled in a Spoken English Course (Advanced Level) from the British Council. In addition to this, I have four years of experience working as a Freelance Content Writer with various companies. 2+ years of experience teaching various papers like ‘Communication Skills’, ‘Human Values’ and ‘The Impact of Science and Technology on Society’ to B. Tech. Programmes (IT, CE and Biotechnology). I believe that teaching is a two-way process, where you also learn while teaching. In my class, I engage students in interactive activities and presentations to prevent the class from becoming monotonous. The more the students speak, the more confidence they gain.
