I have managed a team of people effectively during Orizzonte.My role was to invite students from various schools and complete all event team tasks.I was available to respond to any issues and provide clear directions as and when needed to be sure the event goes smoothly. As an HR intern in SAR consultancy, I was working on employee handbook which describes the policies,procedures and overall expectations of a job. During my tenure as management intern,I was evaluating various corporate strategies through real life case Study and analysis. As an HR intern in Ritvi Innovations Pvt ltd I was hiring blue collar employees through work India job portal which basically caters to 10 different categories. As a graduate trainee in Saprootz Pvt ltd ,I was handling the logistics sector and managed to recruit more than 15 candidates.
