My name is Hazel D’Souza, and I’m an accounting and finance professional with over ten years of experience across financial management, customer service, and academic support. I hold a Master’s degree in Global Management from Royal Roads University in Canada, where I also worked as a Teaching Assistant for International Accounting Tools for Financial Health. That experience really strengthened my communication and mentoring skills, and helped me combine my passion for finance with education. Before that, I’ve had the opportunity to work in banking, corporate finance, and customer service roles, which gave me a solid foundation in accounts payable/receivable, financial reporting, and process improvement.
