I am an academic and legal professional passionate about teaching, research, and student development in the fields of Commerce, Law, and Corporate Governance. With several years of experience as an Assistant and Adhoc Professor, I have taught subjects including Business Law, Taxation, Accountancy, and Banking, combining theoretical and practical learning. Holding qualifications such as Ph.D., LL.M (Business Law), and Company Secretary (C.S.), I integrate academic depth with professional insight. I have also published nine research papers on corporate governance and commerce. My core interests include legal education, business ethics, and governance, and I am committed to fostering analytical thinking and real-world understanding among students.
