Good morning, my name is Dimple Antony, and I bring 3.5 years of experience in the healthcare domain, specializing in ED professional medical coding. While I do not have formal teaching experience, my role has consistently involved mentoring new team members and supporting trainees in understanding coding principles, compliance standards, and workflow optimization. Through this, I’ve developed a strong ability to explain complex concepts clearly, tailor my approach to different learning styles, and contribute to a collaborative learning environment. These experiences have sparked my interest in transitioning into a more structured training or instructional role, where I can apply both my domain expertise and my passion for helping others succeed.
