Hello! My name is Ms. Alissa, and I have been working in the education field for over 6 years. I started my career as a preschool teacher in 2019. In 2024, I transitioned to virtual teaching. I am currently an online Reading/ELA Tutor, and it is the most rewarding job I have ever had. A couple of my favorite hobbies and interests are reading and yoga. I have a 9 year old chihuahua named Pepe, and we enjoy going on walks everyday. I can’t wait to meet and teach each and every one of my students! I have been teaching for over 6 years. I was a preschool teacher for 5 years. I am currently a Virtual Reading/ELA Tutor, and I have been doing that for almost 2 years. I have a certification in the Science of Reading, and I specialize in high-impact tutoring.
